The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool where I spent my evenings enjoying cocktails. The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and the location allowed easy access to restaurants.

However, I faced issues with a loud elevator that disrupted my sleep and the breakfast options were limited, lacking variety in fresh fruits that I expected.

Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter stay, as evening noise can be disruptive on lower levels.

Dining options fell short, with very few vegetarian protein choices on the menu, making it frustrating for anyone looking for variety. The absence of a guidebook in the room left guests in the dark about hotel amenities and unexpected charges during checkout. Additionally, a noticeable sewage smell wafted through the bathroom and lobby at times, detracting from the experience.

I had a delightful stay at Samala Hotel Bangkok, enjoying the superb variety of breakfast dishes, with many fresh and tasty options tailored to different tastes. The location was ideal, being close to popular eateries and shops, making my exploration easy and enjoyable.

Amazing location in a quiet area, just a 7-minute walk to great food and BTS access. The deluxe room was clean, with an awesome tub that made it a nice escape after busy days. Staff were really helpful, but sometimes communication in English was tricky. Breakfast was on the pricey side, and you might want to skip it. I found a delicious alternative just 10 minutes away at German Brewhouse for half the cost. One major downside was the temperature at breakfast—way too cold for comfort. I had to wear a hoodie. Also, the pool area felt cramped, and the gym, while well-equipped with weights, was small. Despite these issues, the bed was comfy, the shower had power, and it had smart TV access, so I could relax after a hectic day. I’d happily return, just hoping they address some of these quirks.

Recommend it for families

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, they arranged everything we asked for like taxis and activities. The breakfast had a great variety and we enjoyed making family memories there.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but it’s still reasonable for what you get.

Quality fixtures and a spotless room provided a comfortable stay. The staff's eagerness to assist, especially at breakfast, was valued, though language barriers at the front desk occasionally posed challenges. Additionally, some amenities were limited, notably the restricted number of bathroom products offered.

Free Wi-Fi worked great, and loved the poolside snack bar. Room was too cold at night.

during my stay, I loved that I was only a few minutes away from the vibrant Terminal 21 shopping center and the relaxing Chuvit Garden, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable.
